Ingredients
1 Tortilla wrap
3 Spinach Egg White Frittatas, diced
1 cup potato
6 diced Turkey sausage links
1 cup cheese
Red Chile
Preparation
Fry potatoes in a pan until soft and golden. Add in chopped sausage and brown a bit, then add in diced frittatas.
Fit the tortilla wrap to a small pan.
Spread some red Chile, layer your frittata sausage mixture, then add more Chile and top with cheese.
Bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
Top with diced lettuce and tomato and enjoy!
