Ingredients

  • 50g chocolate

  • 1 pack of Keto Friendly Cinnamon Roll Muffins

  • 1 cup tapioca pearls

  • 1/2 tbsp pomegranate powder (pink color)

  • 1/2 cup coffee

  • 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Combine the coffee with heavy cream, chocolate, Ceylon cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla extract.

  2. Mix together hot water and pomegranate powder.

  3. Divide the tapioca pearls in two. Soak one half with hot coffee until barely covered, and the other half with the pomegranate water mix.

  4. Let tapioca pearls sit for 15 minutes. The dough should not be sticky. Knead for 1 minute.

  5. Use a small mold to cut the cinnamon muffins. Wrap your cinnamon muffins in a thin layer of tapioca pearls.

  6. Steam for 6 minutes. Enjoy!
