Ingredients
1 burrito wrap
1 hashbrown
Shredded cheese
1/2 avocado, sliced
Bacon strips
Preparation
Assemble your burrito: place the two omelette rounds side by side, then top with the hashbrown, shredded cheese, bacon strips, and sliced avocado. Roll tightly.
Pan fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut in half or eat as is. Enjoy!
