Ingredients
3 rice cake thins
1 guacamole cup
Preparation
Spread the guacamole on the rice cake thins.
Prepare Mushroom & 3 Cheese Egg White Frittata according to package instructions: microwave for 45 seconds.
Crumble frittata on top of the rice cakes.
Top with everything bagel seasoning (optional). Enjoy!
