Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato Basil Frittata

  • 1 slice of sourdough toast

  • 1/2 avocado

  • Chili pepper flakes (to taste)

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Green onion

Preparation

  1. Prepare Tomato Basil Frittata according to package instructions: microwave for 45 seconds OR air fry at 375Β°F for 2-4 minutes. Cut frittata in half.

  2. Assemble your toastie by spreading mashed avocado mixed with chili pepper flakes on your toast. Add the two halves of your frittata, then top with balsamic glaze and green onion.

  3. Enjoy!
