Ingredients

1 Veggies Made Great Garden Vegetable Egg Patty

1 English Muffin sliced in half

Sauteed Spinach

Cooked Mushrooms 

Swiss Cheese

Garden Vegetable Egg Patty Packaging

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F

  2. Cook Garden Vegetable Egg Patties according to package directions.

  3. On a lined cooking tray, Place 1 Egg Patty on English muffin slice and top with spinach and mushroom. Add Swiss cheese on top. Place into oven for 8 minutes or until the spinach and mushrooms are hot and the cheese has melted.

  4. Place other English muffin slice on top for your sandwich. Enjoy!
