Tools & Equipment: Full Baking Sheet Pan, Parchment Paper, Aluminum Foil
Amount Per Tray: 35 units (5x7)
Heat product from frozen. Pre-heat the convection oven to 350°F with HIGH FAN on. Place Frittatas on a full baking sheet pan lined with parchment paper with some space in between each. Tightly cover with aluminum foil. Place into the convection oven on the middle rack. Bake for 26-30 minutes, or until the product reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
Optional: Spray down with cooking oil first and place parchment paper on top to help parchment paper stay while baking

Bake for 38-42 minutes, or until the product reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
