Ingredients

6 Double Chocolate Veggies Made Great Muffins

1 cup Kahlúa or another coffee-flavored liqueur

8 tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

3 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted through a strainer

1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream

Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Prepare Double Chocolate Muffins according to directions. Let cool completely if microwaving.

  1. In a mixing bowl, with an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat the butter until light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, reduce the speed to medium, and add half of the confectioners’ sugar, Bailey’s, and salt, beating to incorporate.

  2. Add the rest of the confectioners’ sugar, beating on medium-high speed for 2 to 3 minutes until very smooth and creamy. Make sure to scrape all excess on sides of the bowl.

  3. Slowly spoon 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of Kahlúa over the top of each muffin. Let them sit for 10 minutes to allow the Kahlúa to be absorbed.

  4. Top each muffin with generous amount of frosting.

  5. Enjoy! (And keep this adult treat out of the hands of anyone under 21)
