Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. Cook Superfood Veggie Cakes according to package directions.
Use a rolling pin to roll the cakes slightly flat. Place the flat cakes on a baking sheet and spread marinara sauce on top. Sprinkle with cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Enjoy like a slice of pizza!
